REPORT ON THE OBLIGATIONS RELATED TO THE AGENCY’S PROACTIVE TRANSPARENCY AND ACTIVITIES (JANUARY–JUNE 2025)

The Agency for the Protection of the Right to Free Access to Public Information has prepared a semi-annual report for the period January – June 2025, with a focus on obligations related to the Agency’s proactive transparency and activities (January – June 2025).

The Agency’s report presents:

  • The degree of transparency of the institutions through the conducted monitoring of their websites;
  • The activities of the Agency in the period January-June 2025;
  • The practices of institutions in fulfilling their legal obligations according to Article 10 of the Law on FAPI.

This report reflects the situation with the transparency of the information holders, as well as the activities carried out by the Agency in its operations.

The Agency encourages all holders of public information to publish the data proactively and carefully, which will ensure:

  • Timely information of the citizens,
  • Easier access to services,
  • A better understanding of the operation of the institutions and
  • Greater accountability and reduction of corrupt practices.
