REQUEST FOR ACCESS TO PUBLIC INFORMATIONS

All legal entities and individuals have the right to free access to information. Foreign legal and natural persons have the right to free access to information in accordance with this and other laws. The Application Form contains the name of the Information Holder, the personal name and surname of the Information Requester, information about the possible representative or authorized person, company or legal entity, a description of the information he / she wants to get acquainted with, how he / she wants to get acquainted with the content of the requested information and how to submit the requested information. A request can be submitted filled in on a plain sheet of paper, but the applicant is obliged to state that it is a request based on the Law on Free Access to Public Information. The applicant is not obliged to explain the reasons behind the request nor the purpose the requested information.
