ADMINISTRATION’S SILENCE ANALYSIS

The Agency for the Protection of the Right to Free Access to Public Information and the Association for Democratic Initiative conducted a short analysis that answers the questions of why and for what reasons institutions do not respond to submitted requests for public information. At the same time, the analysis deals with the additional aspects related to the application of the law.
