AGENCY’S EMPLOYEE TRAINING

The Agency for the Protection of the Right to Free Access to Public Information, in collaboration with the National Democratic Institute (NDI) and with the aid of CEFE Macedonia, conducted online training for trainers for the Agency’s employees in the period of July 20 to July 27, 2020.

Adapting to the COVID-19 circumstances, the training was conducted on the Zoom platform, enabling participants to develop new presenting and communication skills and become familiar with technologies for delivering online training. 

In addition, the employees of the Agency learned the technical skills necessary for their future work in organizing and conducting training sessions, primarily for the information holders but also for applicants as active parties in the implementation of the Law on Free Access to Public Information. This activity was made possible by financial support from USAID in North Macedonia.

This training is an important step towards enhancing the work performance of the Agency’s employees, through whose efforts the transparency of the work of the state authorities and the consistent implementation of the provisions of the Law on the Free Access to Public Information will be successfully promoted.
