COMPLAINT TO THE AGENCY
If the submitter of a written request for access to public information considers that the information holder has acted contrary to the Law, he/she may file a Complaint with the Agency. The requester (applicant) has the right to file a complaint against a decision by which the information holder rejected the request; if the information holder does not act within 20 or 30 days ( in cases when the deadline has been extended) or if during the repeated request, he/she
did not provide the requester with access to the information and if he/she did not deliver the decision to the requester (or “silence of administration”). The complaint is submitted directly to the Agency but can also be submitted through the information holder.
