THE AGENCY FOR THE PROTECTION OF THE RIGHT OF FREE ACCESS TO PUBLIC INFORMATION IS SUCCESSFULLY IMPLEMENTING A REORGANIZATION OF THE WORK TASKS PERFORMANCE AND OBLIGATIONS
The Agency for the Protection of the Right to Free Access to Public Information informs that it has implemented a successful reorganization of the work tasks and obligations, thus aiming to raise the quality of the services provided by the Agency to applicants and holders of public information.
In this regard, the Quality Management System certification process was successfully carried out in line with MKC EN ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
The reorganization of the working process is an ongoing procedure since the methods employed in delivering services within the Agency’s purview are seen as an ever-evolving entity that necessitates constant monitoring, harmonization, and enhancement in the name of higher quality services and faster response.
To that end, the Agency provides an email address (aspi@aspi.mk) and encourages the applicants and holders of publicly available information to use it for documenting their thoughts, feelings, observations, comments, suggestions, etc.
