REPORT ON THE CONDUCTED ANALYSIS FOR IMPROVING TRANSPARENCY AND ACCOUNTABILITY OF INFORMATION HOLDERS FOR FREE ACCESS TO PUBLIC INFORMATION

The Agency for the Protection of the Right to Free Access to Public Information prepared a Report on the conducted analysis to promote transparency and accountability of information holders for free access to public information.

According to the Conclusion adopted at the Sixty-third session of the Government of the Republic of North Macedonia held on 20.07.2022, the Agency is urged to ask all holders of information to make a list of the most frequently requested data following the Law on Free Access to Public Information in the period from 1.1.2020 to 30.06.2022, except for the already published data per Article 10 of the Law.

As a result, the Agency submitted a request to all 1445 holders of information published on the List of Holders of Information to act upon the Conclusion adopted by the Government of the Republic of North Macedonia no later than August 10, 2022.
